Gentle, Playful Shih Tzu Puppies Bringing Laughter And Loving Companionship in Cincinnati
Teacup Shih Tzus have short, flat faces built for cuddling, not cooling. Cincinnati summers turn hot and sticky along the Ohio River. That combination means shorter walks during peak afternoon heat. Early mornings and evenings work best for exercise in Cincinnati. Indoors, these tiny dogs settle in fast with plenty of affection.

Cincinnati Families Trust Up and Away Pups
Every puppy starts with gentle, hands-on care. We watch for tear stains, common in flat-faced breeds. Daily face wipes keep their fur bright and clean. You gain more than a puppy. You gain a loyal companion ready for Cincinnati life.

- Leash basics and house manners come before the trip.
Frequently Asked Questions
Helping You Feel Confident About Your Puppy Journey
Do Teacup Shih Tzus Have a Calm Demeanor?
Teacup Shih Tzus are playful but can be couch potatoes at times. They do not require as much vigorous exercise as sportier breeds. A brief walk and some indoor play cover their needs. This balance is ideal for busy families and more restful homes.
How Frequently Should You Groom a Teacup Shih Tzu?
Their long, silky coat needs to be brushed several times a week. Most owners prefer a "puppy cut" for easy maintenance. Professional grooming every six to eight weeks helps keep their coat healthy. Having your ears checked can help prevent buildup.
Is a Teacup Shih Tzu Comfortable with Cincinnati Summers?
With some adaptations made. Pugs' flat faces make it hard to handle hot, humid air. Cincinnati summers along the Ohio River quickly become sticky. Walk in the early morning or evening, and keep the AC on mid-day.
