The Maltichon is a cross between the Maltese and the Bichon Frese

Grooming:

  • Maltichons require a more diligent maintenance routine
  • Bathe every 3-4 weeks
  • Use a specially formulated conditioner after bathing
  • Brush daily
  • Keep teeth and ears clean

Training:

  • Intelligent and easily trainable
  • Responds well to positive reinforcement
  • Frequent but short and fun training sessions are recommended
